Sunay was an accountant and once she left her work she decided to learn crochet. She had always been interested in handcrafts since she was a child but never had a chance to focus on it. A year ago when her daughter left home for university she realised she had plenty of time to finally chase her dream to focus on what she likes to do. She taught herself how to make crochet beaded jewellery. “I’m open to learn new things and expand my horizon by researching and trying. It takes lots of mistakes along the way but it is best way to improve. I love that I can earn money & support my daughter while being creative.” Sunay also loves listening to music, going for long walks and doing traditional Turkish art Ebru.
